How to install Chroma 3.x for Kodi 17.x Krypton? - tri2002 - 2016-12-18
At Github it says "Start Kodi and go to Settings -> Add-ons and select "Install from zipped file". Browse for the file downloaded in the previous point and press "ok". The updated skin should install." but the install from zip file seems to be disabled in Krypton.
