Request: I was wondering if you could make a radio button to enable/disable the warning messages? Or maybe you could change the default setting into "Yes"?

Correct. Check addons without repo, check unused repositories etc.

These are just checks anyway, it can't delete them afaik.

OK, shouldn't be a problem, I can add option to turn confirmation on/off and will see if I can switch the buttons.

And I'd also need debug logging turned on, in order to see what exactly you are doing (when it crashes)

I've found the problem, it's the language (Czech), when I switch to English, then it's working.
The log in my previous post was replaced with a new one - debug enabled, repos removed.

Yes, I was able to reproduce the problem by switching language to Czech... will try to fix it
