Indeed. I installed the repo and KCleaner from the above links in my Win 10 Kodi 19 RC1 test installation and it appears to run, no errors so far, and it cleaned as expected.

I don't think he is still active though, the 4.0.2 release is from 420 last year (April 20th 2020), before the drama.
However, it is a GPL 2 project, so forking and continuing the project is allowed, by whomever is capable.

I don't think moderators maintain extensions or fix forum issues, that's done by other people.

Yes,it does. We simply want to discourage the fucktards that are out to spam our forum or have other ill-intentions to disrupt our normal day of life.
Also, forum users can have enough posts to edit, but they can still be placed 'under guardianship' if necessary.
