Kodi won't open on Windows 10 - bmosca92989 - 2017-04-05
I have been trying to get Kodi to launch on my computer for the past couple hours. I've deleted it and redownloaded it, I've tried restarting my computer, I can't find the addon27, I also can't find out how to get to the debug since Kodi will not open, and I'm going crazy I have no idea what to do. Please help!

Read the sticky post http://forum.kodi.tv/showthread.php?tid=42708 section 3 and advanced instructions (part 1.2 Turn on debugging using a file (advancedsettings.xml) ) how to get a debug log with advancedsettings.xml without Kodi GUI and post your debug log as instructed at pastebin.

I've read through every single one I still can't find the addon27.db or how to get to the debug log
