Kodi 17 freezes on exit (w10) - pr0xZen - 2017-04-19
Kodi 17 on Win10. Often freezes on exit, and will not release fullscreen so I can't get focus on task manager to kill the process.
Most specifically and always repeatable, Kodi will freeze on exit if I powered off (and on again) the AVR my NUC running Kodi, is connected through (HDMI. NUC->AVR->TV). If I attempt any video playback after powering the AVR on/off, I sometimes get a short time of playback without sound, but usually it'll freeze on first frame and take a good while from pressing "stop", until returning to interface.
On this unit I went from Helix to Krypton with a fresh OS and kodi install, most recent drivers etc. Didn't have this issue with Helix, but so much internals have changed since then I don't expect that tidbit to have any significance.
If anyone could have a look, I'd very much appreciate any pointers you have.
In logs its straight from NUC boot to Win10 and Kodi, let it sit for a bit to finish initializing, powered off AVR for a few minutes, back on, sit a few, close Kodi.
