Hello,
Can I create a ListItem which is NOT video/music/pictures?
My goal is to create a ListItem view of movies and then when an item is chosen to activate a window with gui.
Is it possible?

Yes , you but what your saying is very vague in two ways, I'm assuming your listing your items through the native kodi GUI, so, when you add the directory, make the folder false, which turns it into an item and you'll have to create parameters for your addon to route it to a function that activates the window through activatewindow
