I deleted some important photos by accident, so is there a way could recover these photos back ? Thanks!

Get us full system details. What is the underlying operating system?

Thanks!You can first check your trash and backup; if you can not find your photos, you can try CTRL+Z again. While if all these ways don't work, you may need to download a data recovery tool, there are so many choices on the net. As I have used the Bitwar dataRecover他， I think it is not bad; you can also have a try.. Hope it can help you get back your photos soon.
