@Fuchs2468, audio and video information is not displayed when pause is enabled. In the skin settings, in the "Media/Codec Information Style" function, I have the "Large Icons Color" option selected. Please fix this in the Titan MOD skin update.

I cannot reproduce this error.
All information is displayed even when paused.
Please take a screenshot, maybe that will help me.

@Fuchs2468 Today I made a new installation of Kodi on Android TV (WBMC v20.3 Nexus - Kodi fork) and tested Kodi v21. This feature works on Nexus and Omega, but it takes about 15 seconds to wait for the audio and video information to display. This is not a problem, but you need to be aware of it.
Everything is fine.

They say they reinstalled Kodi.
Maybe Kodi hadn't yet captured all the necessary data for your videos (audio code, video code...).
Once all the necessary data has been captured by Kodi (video database), the audio and video information should appear immediately.

Hi Fuchs2468,
This is an edit to a bug I previously listed (attached below)
Doing further testing with this, Here is some more info, hopefully it helps.
I have noticed that it is not "3 or more" (like I mentioned below in the original write up), but the "Last" widget that works correctly once focus is given to that group.
Also, if you navigate to the last widget (say there are 8 of them for example all with the large spotlight), now navigate backwards (continually to the left towards the Main Menu side bar), the focus is always correct.
The large info screen is always visible per each of the 8 widgets when they are selected.
But, navigating to the right (or towards the 8th widget), the large spotlight will not shift on screen.
I am just guessing here... but maybe if there was an option to show the large spotlight on the left side (like top/bottom for the smaller ones), rather than it always being placed on the right, focus would work correctly in either direction when navigating?

Using the Windows 10 look, the 'Large Spotlight' widget setting causes the screen to be in the wrong position/focus with 3 or more widgets.
In the Windows 10 look, Create 3 or more widgets, use small posters (or box) and use the large Spotlight option.
You can create up to 8 widgets, but only 3 is needed.
Once created, go back to the home screen and browse through the widget's small posters.
The first set works as expected, select a small poster and you can see that posters information displayed on the Large Spotlight.
Now navigate onto the 2nd and 3rd sets of widgets you made.
You will see that the 'Large Spotlight' info screen is not positioned on the screen.
You need to go past the widgets you want to view, to the next set in order to move the Large Spotlight onto the screen.
Then navigate back again to the previous small posters to view the info on the Large Spotlight.
If you create the max, 8 widgets, navigating around the screen gets more confusing.

That wouldn't work either.
It's not as easy as you think to convert the skin's controls.
Otherwise the original skin author (Marcelveldt) would probably have implemented this the way you would like it.
My recommended setting for your problem is to use Spotlight(Large) for widget 1 and Spotlight(Top or Bottom) for all following widgets.

Yes, I tried that but the idea of the large spotlight is to get more items shown on the page (16 compared to 8 with top/bottom)
As a workaround for now I am navigating right to left (all large spotlights) and having a submenu item placed at the end of all 8 widgets.
So one click will slide me over to the submenu first (when submenu position is set to the end),... to start there, then navigate left.
I have tried a couple other ideas
1. 'use fixed focus' (I dont know what this is suppose to do, but tried it anyway).. has no result.
2. 'workaround for empty widgets used for refreshed' Is an item located in the playlist area. I do not know what this is for either, but it does make a difference for screen position/focus (but for the worse).
3. use submenu as widget

I just had an idea.
With this solution, if you want, you always have 16 elements on the home screen, even in the spotlight (top or bottom).

Those look nice! All 3 of them. (especially from the home screen )
Are they a different look for the widgets within the Windows 10 look or a completely different look?
So I'd guess still 8 widgets per page?
