All my artists have a blank photo. Is there a plugin that's installed in the default setup that grabs this, or must one download an additional scraper for this? All album art is embedded as ID3 tags, so they appear correctly, but how does one grab artist art?

For starters, make sure you have all your scraper addons updated to the latest version.
Also, provide a debug log (wiki) whenever there is a bug/problem on your Kodi setup.
Lastly, don't type in useless topic titles. Use something that actually reflects the problem at hand.

What version Kodi are you using?
Have you scraped the artists?
Follow the Music Library setup guide... https://kodi.wiki/view/HOW-TO:Create_Music_Library
If you have done all that, and still not artist artwork, post back.
