I have a script addon that appears in the PROGRAMS section. Is there anything I edit so it shows up in the VIDEO section?

it's recommended to keep all script addons in the programs section.
the video / music / picture addons sections are meant to be used by plugins only.
that being said, you can override the default behaviour by setting the <provides> tag to 'video' in your addon.xml file.
