1080p view - Yanta - 2018-09-14

Is there a 1080p version of Rapier? If not, will there ever be?
Just thought 720p is getting a bit dated (I get that you're catering to the lowest denominator for greatest adoption).
720p --> 1080p --> 2k --> 4k.... That's what I mean by getting a bit dated.
Just wondering...

Really? Did I say there was a problem running rapier on a 4K screen?
Did I mention the word "problem" anywhere?
For gods sake!

What is the advantage of using higher resolutions?
Why have some skin developers specifically designed 1080p skins?

don't worry. for me Rapier have perfect layout for all of your resolutions. thats all.
no point to be angry here^^
What do you want to change on it if it just works on all resolutions?

RE: 1080p view - Gade - 2018-09-17

The skin is created for 720 resolution.

It would be really nice to update it to at least 1080 resolutions to get better looking graphics and quality.

I tried that at one point some time ago.
The problem is that I'm not the original creator of the skin. So I don't have Photoshop files of the original textures - only the textures I created.

It didn't end up looking any good and I abandoned the idea again.

I might give it a go again some time, but doubt that I'll get any closer to a working and satisfying result.

So unless someone can give me access to all the original Photoshop files, I guess we'll have to live with the 720 resolution.
