RE: Pre-Release 3.0 RC4 - Ludeboy12 - 2019-05-07 This is by far my favorite app for scraping. Been using it for years now. Any chance we could get https://www.thesportsdb.com/ added to the list of TV scrapers though RE: Pre-Release 3.0 RC4 - tinybilbo - 2019-05-12 I'm having an issue with trailer downloading. I'm using tMM in a docker container, and invoking it periodically from a cron job. It seems to run fine a scrape pretty well. It's just that it misses the odd trailer, although when I manually log into the GUI t shows that the trailer is available... (It seems to happen on older movies mainly though). Upon inspecting the *.nfo I can see a trailer link (i.e Austin Powers (1997)) <trailer>plugin://plugin.video.youtube/?action=play_video&videoid=JCSMpRHcNuM&hd=1</trailer> If I try to manually download the trailer via the GUI nothing happens. Also (I think) my KODI picks up the link as trailer as well, although it can't resolve it... Is there any way not to write this link in the *.nfo, or do I should I change a setting to force the download (I have tried, but may have missed something obvious)? Thanks RE: Pre-Release 3.0 RC4 - spl147 - 2019-05-23 in TMM 3.0 Latest ALL movies are set to 1.78 aspect ratio RE: Pre-Release 3.0 RC4 - mlaggner - 2019-05-29 @spl147 can your describe this issue a bit more detailed? we cannot reproduce that.. I would like to help reporting 2 small bugs: 1. When loading a tv show with SEVERAL SEASONS it confuses some and put them into another (in this example Season 7 into Season 5) Details: Series Structure: Suits (US) (2011) Season Structure: each season folder contains it's episode folders. Episode Structure: each episode is contained in it's own folder. Extrafanrt folder inside each season so "extrafanart background" works with this way of organizing. Windows 10 Pro 1903 x64 tMM Ver3 Snapshot 25-04-2019 2. This error screen appears often when scrapping a tv show: Thanks again for this incredible program and all your efforts to keep it up to date... Sincerely, RE: Pre-Release 3.0 RC4 - mlaggner - 2019-05-29 Thanks - just as I thought: Width : 1 920 pixels Height : 1 080 pixels Display aspect ratio : 16:9 the (physical) video material is in 1920x1080 pixels (16:9 or - calculate it yourself - 1.78:1); the BD shows the aspect ratio of the "content" in the video material (without the black borders on top and bottom): which is probably something around 1920x1038 px so we did nothing wrong here: we can only calculate what we get.. and that has been done the right way.. RE: Pre-Release 3.0 RC4 - spl147 - 2019-05-29 (2019-05-29, 15:37)mlaggner Wrote: Thanks - just as I thought:so it calculates the video minus black bars?, so in turn. ALL videos will be 1.78. even though it should be calculated with black bars to reference the Actual aspect(how big or small the bars will be) RE: Pre-Release 3.0 RC4 - mlaggner - 2019-05-29 we cannot "see" how big the bars inside the video streams are, so we can only calculate the aspect ratio from the file itself (including any black bars) the same issue have other tools too (https://www.makemkv.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=19234); the only valid solution would be to crop the video file! @lynxstrike you hit a false positive: we try to ignore as much as possible from the filename, but DTS5.1 contains basically a valid season/episode notation (S05E01); we try to improve that without bringing more errors - but we may need some time here; the easiest way would be to remove this problematic pattern from the file name... according to the errors - these should be gone in the next build RE: Pre-Release 3.0 RC4 - myron - 2019-05-29 Couldn't have said it better https://sourceforge.net/p/mediainfo/discussion/297609/thread/8a8bebe4/#9459 Quote:Per the BD standards, ALL BD video has an encoded aspect ratio of either 16:9 or (for 720x480/576 only) 4:3. When a movie with a 2.40:1 or other aspect ratio is transferred to a disc, back bars are added to the top and bottom which make it 16:9. The discs you have ARE 16:9, the only way to tell if the actual movie is of another aspect ratio is the watch it and check the size of the black bars, or pass it through a filter to detect it for you. MediaInfo doesn't decode the actual track information, so cannot give you the information you're asking for. |
