I have one question:
Playing music in fullview mode, the track name is shown for the actual playing song, but not the artist of the track. The artist is only shown for the next track.
Yes, if a artist thumb is available, this is shown above the track title. But if there is none you can only guess, especially by VA albums.
Is there a chance to change this and show the artist name for the actual playing track?

I changed the setting and when I play a track full screen is initiated, with no fanart, attached pic shows 6+ minutes into playing and still no fanart. Is there another setting for this?

I think it's one compilation album, maybe don´t have proper artist tag in the Kodi database, do you test with other artists and albums?
Maybe don´t exist fanart online for this artist, hard to say.
In artist slideshow settings, have one option for set fallback, when don´t find image will replace with others music fanart items

Is not the same script, in the library, skin helper service, in fullscreen, artist slideshow. Probably its explain why..

I have local files, I only get online fanarts when using spotify or addict audio plugin.

Wanilton, in MQ7 there was the possibility to show the tracklist when selecting an album, as depicted in this image:
Could be possible to do the same also in MQ8?

correct ,the screenshots from MQ7 Skin.
The option available in MQ7 skin "Skin Setting>Option Menu>Original Front In Views" and if turn off this option the font size will be bigger in right list view.
so I'm asking if possible to add this option to MQ8 Skin

Have just compared the two .xml's of original MQ7 and MQ8.
In MQ8 there is no code for alternative "Font_list_big", also "Font_plot_big" is gone. Unfortunately, bad news for you. Everything gone.
But that explains why the MQ8 code only has 600 lines here instead of 900 lines in MQ7.
