Hi, I do not understand well, is this an addon addon for kodi or does it replace kodi?

Its an add-on for Kodi that takes local and internet based video material and presents it in a cable TV like format with a "channel guide" etc.
Some people have been able to strong arm it into working with Leia 18 but personally I would say its not usable in its current state so save yourself the headaches.
A new version is supposedly being released but its literally been years of waiting so....
