Astra 19.2: Sky Sport News HD stuttering - Starscream - 2019-06-12
Finaly i made the jump from Krypton to Leia, mostly because of the lack of updates for the add ons.
Since the update i have stuttering during the playback of the following TV channel:

I tried KODI on Wetek Hub with LibreELEC and CoreELEC, but neither this approaches work nor with the KODI-Android-Package on an Amazon Fire TV.
All combinations with the same problem. All KODI-boxes are connected through LAN (no WiFi).
I use the TVHeadend-Client on KODI (4.4.17.1 and 4.4.18) and a dedicated server as backend.
All other tv channels work fine and Sky Sport News HD works also fine on VLC.
Anybody else how is able to confirm this behaviour?

FYI: works fine now with 18.3 (tested with some devices and distributions).
