Check for Updates using command line - bunter fisch - 2019-06-28 Hi, is there any way to check for updates using the command line? Or is there a Text file wäre i can read out the last released Version after TMM GUI was run? I want to automate updates for my apps that are not installed using apt. bf RE: Check for Updates using command line - myron - 2019-06-28 Well, TMM auto-updates pretty self by using it. You also can force an update by running the updater directly. (eg on a weekly basis) But there's no method to check, if an update is available; You have to check a named remote file, and compare it with a local one... But why the need for a script, when TMM does this for you..? |
