Track Listing Issues with multi-disc concert releases - aiko - 2019-07-21 I have a lot of live concert recordings (primarily Grateful Dead and Phish) and many of these are distributed in FLAC format and have been tracked to fit onto CDs. So an average concert might span 3 CDs. The problem is that when I scrape the files in KODI it is organizing by track number and ignoring the disc numbering. So instead of seeing, and playing, in order like: d1t01.flac d1t02.flac d1t03.flac d2t01.flac d2t02.flac d2t03.flac It organizes and plays: d1t01 d2t01 d3t01 d1t02 d2t02 d3t03 Is the scraper in KODI incapable of reading the ID3 / FLAC tag for 'disc' and understanding that it should first organize/play by Disc, then Track number? Is there anyway to work around this short of having to manually change all my track and disc tags? RE: Track Listing Issues with multi-disc concert releases - jjd-uk - 2019-07-21 Make sure you have Sort By Track selected in the sideblade menu, if you're not sure what this is see https://kodi.wiki/view/Basic_controls#Sideblade_Menu RE: Track Listing Issues with multi-disc concert releases - scott967 - 2019-07-24 Also note the correct tag for Flac is DISCNUMBER scott s. . |
