Weird file name duplication renaming bug in TinyMediaManager - arnholt - 2019-08-12
Regarding TinyMediaManager 3.0.2, has anybody ever seen this behavior:
In a series with a media file named:
Heroes Reborn - S01E03 - Under the Mask.mkv
TinyMediaManager will rename this file and create an associated .nfo file:
Heroes Reborn - S01E03 S01E03 - Under the Mask - Under the Mask.nfo
Heroes Reborn - S01E03 S01E03 - Under the Mask - Under the Mask.mkv
This seems random. Some of the episodes are renamed like this, most are not. This is NOT related to multipart episodes.
Only a few of the series seem to exhibit this behavior. I have tried deleting ALL files except for the MKV files, renamed them manually, and rescraping everything, but the same behavior persists.
Any thoughts appreciated.

Please could you open an issue over at gitlab and post all logs right after renaming there?
Without logs I can't give an answer here
