I need a copy of the m3u...

As far as I can tell everything executed properly. No indications of failure; I see the same channel loaded twice, however why that happened, I don't know.. User input?
Only the m3u dictates what is played back, if it was generated correctly and you're still experiencing the same problem try clearing guidedata in Kodi's PVR & LiveTV settings.

When creating genre channels, if I select a movie channel and a TV show channel for the same genre, instead of getting 2 channels it creates one channel overlapping movies and TV shows.

On my test I selected one TV Channel and one Movie Channel of the "Science Fiction" genre.
