Set of Thumbs for Favorites - xazzy - 2019-09-14

This is a variation of the thumb set here: https://forum.kodi.tv/showthread.php?tid=119555
But I've customized to make it more general (removed some and added some, including a Netflix one).
To use, right-click your favorite, choose "Change Thumbnail" then browse to one of the images
