Hi,
I have been looking for a subttile addon that actually works, atm Subscene and Opensubtitles doesnt seem to work.
I want English subtitles, are there any services that work?

Opensubtitles work fine for me.
Subscene - the repo version doesn't worksince they started using cloudfare, but there are at least 2 mods in the main subscene thread that work.

you need to go to "opensubtitles" website and register a username and password , then open subtitles add on in kodi and enter those, press ok and it will then work in kodi after you set it as default submenu provider for movies service and tv shows service in , system-player-language.

It seems that OpenSubtitles is blocked in my country (Norway). Is there a workarouund to use it in bazarr and kodi?
I will check out SubScene thread
