In Videos - Files, can I see the poster images for the files in the sub directories? - alucard77 - 2020-01-08

Hey All,

I am in build 18.5 and I swear this use to be possible, but I am not figuring out how to get this to work now.

In Videos - Files - and then my movie folder, in list view, I see my movie folders, however next to each of the movie folders there is an image of a folder.  If I go into said folder, I see the name of the movie, with it's movie poster.

Is there a way to show the movie poster in the folder hierarchy?

Have you scanned them to your library?

Yup, I scanned them to my library, so when I go into the folder, the file that use to be named Iron Man - Full BluRay, is now just Iron Man, and I see the poster for Iron Man.    However when I go one directory up, there is no image for the movie for where the poster is.

When I'm in videos>files mode I can't enter a folder that has been scanned to the library because Kodi will play the movie instead.
