Can I use Kodi të play videos from qnap nas TS-231p ? If yes, must I install Kodi inside nas ?

Kodi is a client application, and not directly suited for a server.

Some NASes also have a HDMI video port to directly connect to a TV or monitor.
Your NAS does not appear to have such a HDMI port. So installing Kodi on it (even if possible) would be senseless.

You can use your NAS like it should be used: as a file server for all media files to be viewed on your Kodi client device.
