Connection reset - unexpected exception getting url fanart.tv - dawson77 - 2020-03-21
I get a lot of the following errors recently:

Can anybody tell me, why?
Is it cause of too much traffic on fanart.tv so there is a timeout while scrapping?
When I open the url directly in a browser, after a loooong looong time it shows only a black page. So maybe the picture is not available?!?

I have same problem, unable downloading artwork.
Perhaps when I use fanart.tv website there is no problem for download...
I use TMM 3.1.4 Snapshot..

the urls returned by the fanart.tv API point to a server which is down lately.. tmm can only use what is passed by the API
