2020-03-26 21:45:22.307 T:2832 NOTICE: Disabled debug logging due to GUI setting. Level 0.

Not a debug file. Enable debugging, restart Kodi, and play a problem video. Then provide a new log file.

Alternatively, try LibreELEC 9.2.2 via a bootable USB drive for comparison.

There is also https://paste.ubuntu.com for large log files, or ... <drumroll> you could cut the log file into two or more pieces. :-)

I tried that and then 0bin, they all said too large. I'll have to do that tomorrow when I'm near my PC, so hard to do anything without a mouse and only a tiny Bluetooth keyboard and touch pad lol!

Just kinda silly that both can't handle a simple txt file.

What's the actual reason for not allowing txt file uploads here? Always wondered that.

With the amount of log files and other stuff we get per day the database for the forum would basically break within days.

Plus there's the whole security aspect of it, and in most cases we don't need logs for an extended period of time and having to go around and remove old logs would be a nightmare task.

Figured as much. I'm sure they would pile up quite fast lol.

Ok so these are the full log, not sure why it's so massive lol

I did a few more things last night troubleshooting since I made the thread. When I play back UHD content, it will skip frames at first then balance out and give me a smooth proper playback and then randomly skip frames here and there, little hiccups.
So I went and created a ram drive, installed kodi to that, to rule out any speed issues via software, then moved a UHD problem movie to my SSD and played off that. Still same issue. So I'm guessing my hardware is the issue here. But still, I have no idea how to read the log so lets see if it could be something else (would be great)

Thanks ahead of time friends

*update : so after a reboot it's playing back more smoothly skipping frames every few minutes

Kodi matrix v19 gives me a much smoother playback for some reason.
