Enabling debugging is always recommended (and a Kodi restart) for a more detailed log file.

RE: Disney+ - OldProf - 2022-01-15

Thanks for the suggestion about enabling debug logging.   I enabled this and magically I can log in successfully (without VPN). Then re-set logging options to default and I can STILL log in successfully.

Full log at https://paste.kodi.tv/zabogeqetu.kodi  in case anyone is interested.

So problem magically solved.

RE: Disney+ - matthuisman - 2022-01-15

oh, your using service.vpn.manager.
I've had users having issues with that before.
Seems sometimes it doesn't work or connect correctly.

Glad to see its sorted Smile

Yup, sleepover a success.  Thank you.

So either your vpn isnt working or Disney+ has blocked it

im not going to get into a back and forth about vpns.
Plus, thats not really allowed on these forums anyway.

Nothing can be done in the add-on to fix your issue.

Disney+ works in Canada thru the app without VPN, but is there something specific in your addon that would let it NOT work? I've noticed thus with other addons like tubi (also should work in canada). I'm get that token error as others.

RE: Disney+ - robgolbh - 2022-02-05

Hello Matt!
Some movies don't show the audio of my country. How to fix it? I'm in Brazil, (pt_br).

RE: Disney+ - matthuisman - 2022-02-05

@robgolbh
If your using Kodi 18, then you need to limit the amount of streams using the whitelist options in the addon settings.
Kodi 19 should be fine

RE: Disney+ - robgolbh - 2022-02-05

yes, kodi 18. to enable brazilian and english audios, should i fill the list like this? br,en ?

another doubt. the search is not working. displays the following error:
keyError:'data
file "api.py, line 233 in search Sad(

RE: Disney+ - MrMagic - 2022-02-06

@matthuisman Are you already working on compatibility of this plugin with Kodi Nexus? If not, you can just ignore this message Blush

I'm seeing some strange behavior with regards to subtitles. I'm running the the latest nightly that includes InputStream Adaptive version 20.1.2.

First issue is that the subtitles are out of sync (they come a few seconds too early).

Second issue is that subtitles for my default language (Dutch) are not shown at all. If I switch my preferred language to English (inside the addon) and set the allowed subtitles to English + Dutch, I can manually switch to Dutch and they do get displayed.

With Kodi 19.3 everything works just fine by the way.

I'm using an Nvidia Shield Pro 2019 with the latest Android TV 11 (hotfix 9.0.3 from Nvidia).

RE: Disney+ - Raimoraimo - 2022-02-07

Hi, any help would be appreciated. I am trying to use the Add-On to enable Dolby Atmos on my Shield TV Pro, and the Add-On itself seems to be working (displaying 16ch Atmos audio), but Kodi is not passing more than 5.1 to my AV receiver whatever I try. I've enabled passthrough and the 7.1 Output Channels in Kodi settings and various combinations of Kodi audio & Video and Shield TV settings but to no avail.

I'm trying to do this because my setup is in a sound studio (I'm an Atmos mixer), and my TV is a basic 1080p model (so the D+ app doesn't give Atmos to it in absence of 4k/HDR). I would be quite wary of upgrading the TV at this place just for D+ as everything else so far works in Atmos (Tidal, Netflix, HBO Max), and the TV install is difficult to physically change (atop the center speaker). Any ideas what I could still try?

Kodi is through the Play store, current version (so 19.3?)

RE: Disney+ - Raimoraimo - 2022-02-07

OMG, I got it working! I had missed "TrueHD capable receiver - Enabled
DTS-HD capable receiver - Enabled" in the Kodi Audio settings. It's playing back in 9.1.6 here right now Smile

Shame on D+ for this, as I'd still prefer their app UI, but I *really* appreciate providing this Add-On. Thank you!

RE: Disney+ - matthuisman - 2022-02-07

@MrMagic
If its working fine on kodi 19, then don't think there is anything I change for 20.
There is big changes to subtitle code in 20 and it's not even Beta yet - so I prefer not to spend time yet trying to fix issues that may be resolved by the time its released.
So, it's a "wait" for now to see how it goes. I'm sure it'll be sorted by the time 20 is released

@Raimoraimo
Thanks for feedback

@"everyone"
I'm aware Search is currently broken. There is an open github issue here about it: https://github.com/matthuisman/slyguy.addons/issues/125
Hopefully get it fixed tonight or tomorrow

UPDATE:
Search now fixed with v0.11.3

RE: Disney+ - farid77 - 2022-02-10

Hello

Any work arround with the widevine in raspbian OS 64bits?

RE: Disney+ - matthuisman - 2022-02-10

Widevine DRM is available for 64bit as per nearly every post about Raspbian 64 bit Smile
Your question is better asked on Raspberry Pi forum

RE: Disney+ - kuluba - 2022-03-13

Is there a way to transfer watched status & suggestions from one profile to another when people on the same account get their own subscription later on?
