Try disable H265 in the Disney+ settings > playback menu
If that doesn't help, try go addons > services > slyguy common > configure > advanced and change widevine level from auto to Level 3.
This will reduce the quality available in Disney+ but be interesting to see if it works
Or try Kodi 20

I had tried the subtitle stuff help guide. But I can't still not set Swedish 🤨 as subtitle language

I have figured out that its just an issue with it starting to play. It just doesn't, black screen no image or audio however if I forward it on a bit hey presto the image and audio appears...so then just move it back. So weird

I would like a bit of help setting Greek as the default subs of the addon. In the settings page i have tried GR / GR (1453-)/ GR-1453/ Greek, Modern (1453-) and Greek, Modern (1453), but nothing sets the default sub to Greek. The addon always selects English as subtitle, which is also the language of the skin i am using (AEON MQ8).
It seems that the addon cannot override the skin language setting, or i am using the wrong code in the addons subtitle settings. When i change the skin language to Greek, the subs default to Greek, but i want to use the English menu of the skin.
Can anyone help, i would be grateful...

And if yes - what country are you in?
i want to allow this type of login in the add-on but it's not an option in NZ

Hi, it's probably difficult to tell but when I use Kodi 19.4 with the addon I only get a blue circle that is turning. No mather which bitstream I select of the movie.
Is my kodi version suitable enough? What other settings should be altered with?!

Since my subscription isnt expired yet, i logged out and -in through the Android app.
For the NL region, i do not get a 8digit code. It takes username/pass and I am in.

I don't use firestick, but LG screens seem to behave better using 4:2:2 color subsampling. Are you able to check if this is used and if not, can you try 4:2:2. I use CE which has a Gui option for this. Remember to reboot after a change.
Doesn't happen anymore on my LG's.

If you use mobile only, then I doubt your country uses the same Disney+ app as this. You probably need to look at the Hotstar addon

@matthuisman Hi, I found out what's causing the subtitles to duplicate... It's the skip intro feature. Every time after skipping the intro, the subtitles start to be displayed twice. When I turn off the skip intro feature, the subtitles show correctly all the time.
