I have the same issue, and using the same setup librelec 11.0.1 and rpi4, I was able to fix it by disabling Prime DRM Hardware Exceleration, when ever I want to watch Disney+.

I meant to quote this when I said I had the same setup (libreelec 11.0.1 on an rpi4) and the fix in my case was to disable Prime DRM Hardware Exceleration whenever I watch disney+.
@admins am I completely blind and missed the edit button for my own posts, or does this forum not support editing one's comments? if there is no edit feature you can delete my first response, as it doesn't make sense as to who I was responding to.

Installed Kodi (OSMC) on rPi3 today and added Disney+ via SlyGuy. Login to D+ worked fine and browsed titles. Nothing will play. Just get a sad face. Tried various versions of Widevine including current one. Any ideas? This seems pretty basic. My D+ account is ad free and 100% legit.

I would do that but it's your plugin that is triggering the crash. If I ask them, they will say "ask Huisman".
