Kodi after last Catalina update doesn't open - petoge - 2020-04-10

KODI 18.6 after last Catalina update dosnt work. It dosnt possible to open.

Yes, of course with Complete clean database.

I can't reproduce on a clean 10.15.4. Maybe some old add-on is causing this?
