using different folder for output of rename. - xbmcuser101 - 2020-05-04 Is it possible to use the rename function to move the file to a different folder? For example I have a new episode in D:\TV_Shows\New_episode.ext . I then open TMM and edit the show then click rename to move it to D:\TV_Shows\XBMC\...\Show_Name\Season#\New_episode.ext or even a different drive or cifs/smba/nfs share like \\192.168.1.100\...\XBMC\...\Show_Name\Season#\New_episode.ex RE: using different folder for output of rename. - tars - 2020-05-09 I think it can only move to the same or lower level of folder as the data source. It can't move them up to a higher level of folder, not to mention other drives. RE: using different folder for output of rename. - mlaggner - 2020-05-09 you cannot rename files out of the data source in tmm - that would be too dangerous and making tmm crazy if it "loses" the files after renaming |
