I wonder why kodi Kore does the search by artist based on the artist folders and not based on the artist tag of the file of the songs.
or i´m doing something wrong?

Kore uses the artist name it gets from Kodi. However, it searches through its local database which gets filled when synchronising the music library with Kodi.
This database is not automatically updated if anything changes on Kodi. So maybe re-syncing Kore with Kodi solves your issue.
