Could easily become the perfect Kodi device if it has not the same deinterlacing issues like the Fire TV 4K Stick.

Firetv 4K deinterlacing issue was fixed by firmware upgrade.

AMLogic chipset / Android TV deinterlacing issues were fixed with the v9.0 Pie Firmware update.
It should be fixed with the new Google dongle as well.

Xiaomi stick, don't buy, like ever.
Google new device seems like a nice deal, will buy one or two for sure
