With buttons it is not possible add $VAR for texture. But you definitely gave me a great idea. I'll do it with colordiffuse. On that way I will be able to change colors.

I have downloaded the xml file and used it to replace the xml file on my Kodi box.  Restarted my Kodi box and it is still showing both 12 and 12A for any movie/tv show that has a rating of 12A.  To be on safe side I also rebuilt/refreshed my library to see if that would help - unfortunately that hasn't helped.  Another test I did was edit one of the movies that is rated 12A.  I changed it to 12 and it only shows one icon (12).  I then changed it back to 12A and it still shows both 12A and 12.

With the ratings does the IncludesMediaFlags.xml file also have to be updated as I remember a while ago that both IncludesMediaFlags.xml and IncludesBingie.xml contained info related to parental ratings.

You should install from scratch because some of the settings need to be cleared.

Try deleting the folder "script.skin.helper.widgets" in C:\Users\(your user name)\AppData\Roaming\Kodi\userdata\addon_data
