It's displayed on the IMDb website so the data should be there for a scraper to pull direct from imdb. and since imdb rating and metascore is the only one I use, this would be far superior to using omdbapi which scrapes RT and TMDB ratings as well which I then have to check for and manually delete.
IMO they are useless compared to imdb/metascore. RT inflates so many titles to 100, and tmdb has low votes causing ratings to be all over the place.
OMDBAPI also has missing meta scores, and the user rating and votes are out of date and incorrect since they are manually user-contributed.
anyone agree?
