A slide animation that respects it's own control's height? - HugoL - 2020-10-24

I have a textbox with a slide down animation and then a quick fade in order to make text slide down and then become hidden but it's not quite the right effect.

I'd like a slide animation that respects the control's height so that the text becomes hidden automatically  as it slides down and crosses past it's control's height.

Am I missing something obvious here?

I've slightly changed the question I need help with.

I don't know for sure, but maybe you could try putting your textbox inside a grouplist with the same height and then aplying the animation only to the textbox...

It's already in a grouplist and it doesn't respect the grouplist height either unfortunately.  Slide animations seem to happily travel where they please it seems.

Thanks for the reply!
