You needed to remove the requirement for that addon from addon.xml file in the skin. If you don't remove it, the skin will fail to install. I have commented out that requirement, so the skin will install.

I did, and stepped through multiple pages to get the download, and then reached a page requiring me to set up a free account. I'll try it again.

After you select Free Download, from the pop us select Slow Speed then ignore all the stuff about free account. The download should then start in a few seconds.
I'll try to find another site that doesn't bombard you with advertising.

Download and install via zip from within Kodi.
While I still use Kodi DSPlayer (stuck at 17.6), missing Transparency was one of the things holding me back Although I must admit that Amber can be good once setup correctly. But the fanart view of Transparency! remains unparalleled.
For what it's worth, I used your link, clicked twice (free download and then slow download) and I did not have any problem downloading it.

I did click the download link, but nothing happened, so I thought I had to register. Turns out the download was failing for some unknown reason. I rebooted and everything worked. Thanks.

Close any file managers, like Windows Explorer, that are open.
Start Kodi and try again.
