Is it possible to enforce Video Bitrate with inputstream? - navigates - 2021-05-02
Hi all, I have been trying to figure this out for weeks.
I want to essentially enforce HD bitrate vs throttling down to a lower bitrate. It is possible to do so in the m3u file?
The playlist has this syntax
KODIPROP:inputstream.adaptive.license_type=com.widevine.alpha
KODIPROP:inputstream.adaptive.license_key=https://xxx
EXTINF:0 tvg-id="4" group-title="All",Channel Name
