Fusion is banned addon , if you install that , you will not be able to get any help from kodi forum, unless banned addons removed from the system.

'Safe' is a relative term, but knowing that in theory a single Kodi add-on can screw over your entire computer, there will always be that bit of uncertainty.
Plus the fact that somehow more than one of those 'banned' add-ons can cause unstable and/or crashing Kodi setups, it's no surprise that we only trust official Kodi add-ons.
And yes, using or even mentioning any type of video piracy add-on will get your butt kicked on (off?) this forum.
