You should have full edit access, there is no separate modification level AFAICT.

You already have full translation permissions at Weblate.
However, all translations at https://kodi.weblate.cloud/projects/kodi-add-ons-skins/skin-arctic-zephyr-mod/fr_fr/ have been approved by a French reviewer/coordinator.
That means that translations for that component is locked from further changes.
Would you like me to add you to our translations-external Slack channel?
Here you can discuss translations with other translators.
