7200RPM or 5400RPM for movie storage drive? - Bluevyper - 2021-08-01 Wondering if the RPM's make a difference whether you play 4k, 1080, Atmos etc. Or will 5400 do for everything and why? Quieter, cooler, last longer, easier on the power grid, etc. 7200 RPM drives transfer faster.
