Seems to be some sort of SSL Certificate error, there is something on your computer blocking access to download epg and upload log.
I'm not following you on this one. I am downloading the EPG from m34u and I do not get any error messages when the download takes place.

Then something is blocking Kodi.

@Dimension It seems to me that something is blocking Kodi to download/upload content, not sure what it can be. Check your Firewall settings in Windows maybe. I will create a debug version for you tomorrow.

I disabled Kaspersky and tried but still was receiving the same message. I wonder why the data is getting blocked for both the EPG and M3U are files and not URL links. Both exist on my system so I'm not sure what Kodi is trying to go outside for.

Disabled both Kaspersky and Windows Defender which should bypass the firewall and I am still getting the same message.
Here is the latest log file and I am only seeing 1 SSL cetificate error message and that is back at 16:58 which was now about 15 mins ago so the latest message is taking place without any SSL certificate errors in the log file.

I am seeing this message being reported at 17:09:32 in the log: " ERROR <general>: XFILE::CDirectory::GetDirectory - Error getting D:\Applications\Kodi\addons\skin.estuary\fonts\skin.default"

This error is not important, is a minor bug.

I suspect the epg is not cooperating with the addon, could you send me this epg or a fragment of it on PM and I will see if I need to add support for it?
