Hi. My moms kodi on the firestick quit working? This is something it showed her after it quit working No backgrounds set, install and setup default backgrounds add-on? Now it takes her to a different screen than it used to and we can’t get back where it shows a scrolling tab in the middle of the screen that give.s the movies, tv shows, debris zone , tv guide options and more I was going to post a pick of the screen hers is showing but I don’t see that u can attach a picture

Please go and read the Forum Rules especially those that cover the piracy policy (wiki) and Banned Add-ons (wiki).
We offer no support for piracy "builds" full of piracy addons such as the one it sounds like you are describing. Please ask from the places you obtained it.
If by chance you are not using a piracy filled installation but in fact are using legitimate services then feel free to provide a Debug Log or further information.
