VOD on 0.5.3j - OzDrDj - 2024-09-09 Hi Lunatixz, I noticed today with the upgrade to J that PTVL tells me it is playing everything with VOD. However nothing will play at all. Been following the latest updates and all is looking great. I did notice on 0.5.3g which I am using currently, that when I stop a program playing, rather than exit back to the TV Guide, It exits back to the Kodi Main Menu, and probably every hour or so when IPTV Simple refreshes, whatever is playing just stops. However you may have fixed this already in the latest updates, but just thought I would let you know. Thanks Oz RE: VOD on 0.5.3j - Lunatixz - 2024-09-12 If you select media in the EPG that isn't "live" it will now play as VOD. There is odd window behavior after playback stops i'm not sure it is on my end... might be part of the PVR system; requires further investigation. RE: VOD on 0.5.3j - OzDrDj - 2024-09-13 Hey There Lunatixz, Everything playing fine now at 0.5.3n, thanks. Stopping still exits back to the main menu, So, I'll leave that with you. Also still happening, is PTVL stops when IPTV simple reloads or updates the channels. You'll be watching something from the PVR, and suddenly, the show stops, you're back at the Kodi main menu, and then you see, the Channels updating message flip by really quick at the top of the screen. I see the update to 0.5.3p today and installed it, noticed some channels in the wrong position in the PVR, ie labeled one channel, but a different channels programs, with some channels blank. Horror. Tried to do a clean start from the utility menu, but although it wipes something, It still shows the channels are still there and available, although the channel manager is empty and nothing will rebuild. Trying to access the PVR just displays "The PVR Manager Is Starting Up - 0%" and there it stays. I then tried going backwards through the versions, to get PTVL to clear everything and startup properly again, I had to go back to 0.5.1g to get the PVR working again. So it looks like the Clear everything problem started way back then. Just a heads up, and Thanks for the great work. Cheers Oz |
