updated scifi url is commited to the svn. so if you if you update all should be well.
just as a side note. the functionality of the plugin was not completely broken. you could still use it by categorizing by channel option. only the scifi portion was broke. in the future if some change made by scifi, usa or nbc prevents the plugin from functioning then try categorizing by channel as a temporary workaround to get to the content or you can be helpful like liquid64 and fix the problem =).
anyway sorry for not upping a fix sooner. i didn't have a reliable computer to work on at the time.

Anyone know why series like battlestar galatica (old) and knight rider (old) do not list the full holding of the shows? I know the old script does battlestar (didn't do the old knight rider show at all so please take this as in the right context that I am way glad its listing at all....just would be nice if the array was complete)

If you are referring to all the episodes for a given show showing up, that should be fixed in the next release.

the latest t3ch build(2009-04-04) has a bug with nbc rtmp streams. i can't get them to decode at all.
the rtmp lib is connecting but never find the correct decoder for what it receives.
oddly it doesn't break usa, scifi or any of the other rtmp streaming plugins i tried.
this is just a heads up to those who want to keep watching nbc streams.

I noticed this problem but of course didn't know the reason why. When I wanted to watch Chuck last night, I would click on the title of the episode...nothing happened (although one eventually started playing after about 3 minutes of waiting).
My fix -- went back to the previous t3ch build. Can't live without NBC Shows!

I just committed a new version updated by jonm42. it has changed the behind the scenes structure and added alot of options.there is also some new content added with better organization.
1) redone scrapers and control structure
2) option for flat seasons
3) new icons
there might still be some bugs so play with it and report please.
big thanks to jonm42 for all the additions and changes.
I also submitted a bug report to the trac about the problems playing NBC streams on recent SVN revisions.

That would be jonm42, but no worries... next up is webisodes and clips, probably NBC for starters, as USA and SciFi don't really have a decent structure under the covers to work with.

Anyone else notice that the full episodes of knight rider are not being displayed?

Turns out NBC is somewhat inconsistent in what they list where -- they have a list of full episodes, which is where we get our list of shows from, but there is also a list of vintage shows, which also has full episodes but isn't necessarily in the first list. So that is why the original Knight Rider isn't showing. The good news is that we can parse the other page, it will just take a bit. So not now, but in a bit.

Sorry, I didn't know whether to start a new thread for this or not. Basically I have two xboxes with XBMC installed - one on rev18221 and one on rev19518. This plugin works fine on the older one but won't play any of the video on rev19518. Anybody know why this may be or if there is a fix out there I could put in the code? Thanks

There's a Trac on the streaming problem: http://xbmc.org/ticket/6366 -- no fix yet that I'm aware of.
