Do you see this already implemented in XBMC? Becuase I don't.

Depending what you consider "implemented". If I read post #138 correctly, it is already possible to get it working. And the earlier EMM can support it, the betteer!!!

I consider something "implemented" when already been approved entirely by XBMC Team.

I was wondering where it scrapes/stores the posters/fanart

Do they go straight into the folder you set in sources or are they stored in some temp folder within windows then moved to the movie folders?

Now that the grouping patch has been committed to svn, does ember support this through its own grouping feature?

Shall Ember already support it after 11 hours after the commit?
To answer your question, no, it doesn't atm.

I guess I have never fully understood the grouping feature in EMM. I suppose, at this time, it's just an internal feature to group movies together. The reason I asked the question is that I've noticed it makes some changes to the nfo files, and I thought maybe those changes would work with xbmc down the road, when the patch was completed.

LOL
To tell the true Ember support it.. for along time now...
The current XBMC implementation of sets was sujested by nul7 (http://forum.xbmc.org/showthread.php?tid=14476&page=13)

That was the day Ember start to support it.

EDIT: Use Tools->Sets Manager

Put IMDB id in filename - blakeb - 2009-09-22

I name my files so that they include the imdb id. Is there any way to make Ember use this id to lookup the movie? I use this format: Armageddon (tt0120591).avi

As i posted before, Sets Manager will work with current implementation of Set in XBMC.
Original was created for support of YAMJ, but nul7 sujestion was adopted, and the newly added sets in xbmc are the same "tags" that Ember use.

<EMM directoy>\temp\<imdb_id>\[fanart|posters]\<a very ugly name>

Hmmmm... Yes, I was not aware that it has been implemented exactly in the same way in xbmc at the end. I have to test this out.

Offline DVD in Embed Media Manager - adsoto - 2009-09-22

I just downloaded r1046 from Google Code, I had the impression that Embed supports offline mediabut I don't find any info on how to setup a folder so it knows they are dummy files.

Just Found tools | Offline Media Manager, my bad. I will try it.

PS: When I click on "Mark all" or "Unmark all" there is a noticeable delay in updating the movie list (about 120 movies).

Hello ,
is it possible to delete all media information(ex: definition, sound etc...) from nfo with emm?
