Which one do you use? 2008 ?

Yes, 2008

Nuno Wrote:That should not happen... just delete Media.emm and settings.xml and start EMM again
(That only happen when wrong version of the db is in place.. but this version should delete it first time it runs)

I deleted the settings.xml file and there was no difference. I don't have a media.emm file in the directory.

is it possible for the audio codec, when codecid is mp3 to set the codec as mp3 as well instead of the mpeg audio? and same with the xvid codec

That's very strange. It should get created immedietely when you run EMM.
Did you get any error message when you ran EMM for the first time?

Do you have .NET 3.5 and the newest(9.1) extra packages installed?

And you should also have to make sure, that EMM has write access to it's own folder(however I cannot imagine how would not, by default).

Could you please be a tiny bit more specific while describing your problem?
(What is the problem EXECTLY, your folder structure, source type you set, etc.)

Also, please report it here by opening a new issue.

Thanks!

Hallo, i have here some movies where MPC and mediainfo say its 1200x720 with 23.98 but EMM detect it as 768p.

Than EMM mean while startup that an Languages.xml under /bin is missing but there isnt such file in EMM_Extras_09_x86.zip.

Where to get this file ?

Edit: ok i found the file

There you can find a repacked EMM_Extras_09.1_x86.zip and also the Languages.xml as a single file.

I re-downloaded the two zips and unzipped them and could see the media.emm being created straight away. Also this time it took me through a setup wizard, which I didn't see last time - weird...

All working now thanks and it looks like a really good program.

Thanks

Hitcher Wrote:Great update.

One small thing - EMM still uses 'dts' whereas XBMC uses 'dca'.

Thanks, done for next release.

It's possible, but why? lol

Excellent! Glad it's working for you. That pesky Extras package took another victim. lol

Thanks, everyone, for all the feedback.

Again, I'm pretty sure that's what XBMC uses when media flagging.

actually by renaming the flag images to the names used by EMM everything is fine, but, at least the AEON mod i use, uses ListItem.AudioCodec and in the AudioCodec with EMM it says , for example, MP3 = MPEG Audio, then since there were no flag images named MPEG Audio.png it was not displayed, same with the XVID codec
