- Oddsodz - 2010-07-07 exobuzz Wrote:I have committed some changes to svn @ http://code.google.com/p/xbmc-iplayerv2/source/checkout which should make it work on the current addons system as well as xbmc4xbox. Before I package it and release it as a zip, could any of you perhaps try it out and let me know if it works for you. Thanks to bionicmunky for the addons.xml which saved me some time. Missing the "addons.xml" - exobuzz - 2010-07-07 woops. it's there now. - LAGMonkey - 2010-07-07 EDIT2:: Nar mind... ALL fixed now woot0es! Error time... New install of Xubuntu 64bit. An aborted and failed compile of xbmc although a correct compile of librtmp. Installed SVN xbmc via official PPA and copied across IPlayerv2 from both exobuzz and bionic. code Wrote:21:11:57 T:140110943213328 M:423456768 NOTICE: -->Python Interpreter Initialized<-- EDIT:: Guess i need a 64bit version of time.so Buggered where ill find that! - markmcw - 2010-07-07 Hello everyone, I'm having some issues with the iPlayer application. http://pastebin.com/0PQjmebG It won't let me watch video's on the iPlayer or Channel 4 plug-in but yet I can watch YouTube etc. I can watch both of them in a normal web browser. Thank-you for all your help. - exobuzz - 2010-07-07 markmcw Wrote:Hello everyone, It would be better to post the complete log, so we can see what version of xbmc you are running. From the looks of things, you dont have xbmc with new librtmp support which is needed for the plugin. If you post a full debug log I can give more information. - markmcw - 2010-07-07 exobuzz Wrote:It would be better to post the complete log, so we can see what version of xbmc you are running. Can another windows user here help him out please with what he needs? All this stuff will be clearer when the next official xbmc release is out as I can then lock the plugin down specifically to that version or better. - Oddsodz - 2010-07-07 <<<<<<<<<<<<< Jumps up and down hoping for this "Addon" to be work as it should soon. ;-) - highlandsun - 2010-07-07 exobuzz Wrote:Yeh sorry, the iplayer plugin won't work on your version. you need a new svn build with librtmp support. He should be able to just run one of the recent nightly builds. http://mirrors.xbmc.org/nightlies/ All the librtmp stuff is working there, for Windows at least. I hear it also works for MacOSX. - mymymy - 2010-07-08 @THISWEB, yeah it all seems to work ok, apart from the settings for me. Not tried the new build from the codeplex site, but going to tonight. - R_N_B - 2010-07-08 mymymy Wrote:@THISWEB, Same here all is good except settings. That constantly gives me an error. - exobuzz - 2010-07-08 have you guys tried my version? It's in the svn repository as linked in my previous post. The settings should work on that. - ClarkyCat - 2010-07-08 exobuzz Wrote:have you guys tried my version? It's in the svn repository as linked in my previous post. The settings should work on that. I've tried it - it's running without errors on my linux build. Cheers, Tim - Hitcher - 2010-07-08 R_N_B Wrote:Same here all is good except settings. That constantly gives me an error. Are you accessing the settings via the Add-on settings? - Hitcher - 2010-07-08 Now this is strange. It's working perfectly on my PC but I've just installed it on my HTPC (same OS and XBMC build) but everything stops just after a minute. When I get time I'll sort out some logs. |
