[LINUX] Can't find my programs to use with Launcher plugin? - spliffffstar - 2009-05-21

Hi, this is my first post here on the forum.

I've been using xbmc for quite some time now on my xbox and just recently bought an Acer Revo for it's HD capabilities. Now, I have everything running ok, I just wanted to add some emulators to the mix and found that launcher is supposed to enable this.

Launcher works, the problem is, that I can't find where the emulators are installed. I'm using an installed version of XBMC live and, as I said, everything works just fine except for that.

I've searched the forum all afternoon but couldn't find an answer.

I would appreciate some help.....Big Grin

You need to creat a symlink to your root folder. drop to a terminal and type:

Code:
ln -s / ~/root

Now in launcher browse to your home folder and you will see your root folder.
