There was a problem trying to stream
I'm using the plug-in with the EPG on a linux install of XBMC (latest version) and suddenly when I went the put itv4 on I have started to get the error mentioned above.
I haven't tried all of the channels but I've tried half a dozen or so and I get the same error every time. It asks me to please try again later, but as I'm trying to watch live coverage of something, so much for never missing a show again.
I uninstalled the plug-in and reinstalled but it has made no difference. I had changed some network service settings however I've changed them back, all to no avail.
The tvcatchup web player is working on my laptop so it's not a problem with my connection. I have to admit, I'm stumped.

Sorry for the delay in replying. We had a couple of reports of similar issues on TVC on the same day you posted but they'd sorted themselves out by the time I got home. Is it still an issue for you?

It seems that a lot of channels are no longer viewable, have you lost the rights to some or something? I'm sure it used to be more than 21 channels. Iy has been a long while since I have used this addon though

Trying to get something sorted / remedied with regards my TVCatchup addon.
-- I can't seem to log into the tvcatchup.com forum to ask so I'm asking here.
Every time I boot xbmc, or have it wake from sleep, the tvcatchup addon fetches the recent BBC NEWS HD, CBEEBIES HD, CBBC, BBC3 HD, BBC4 HD logos for future fast loading.
Not sure why it's wanting to download them each time, is the addon unaware that they've already been fetched?
(cancelling the download of the logos somewhat slows things down, it's about 30 seconds before the dialogue dissapears)

It is not in the repo. And it doesn't appear when I install the zip file located here:

Is there a problem with tvcatchup? Since the Gotham update once you get the EPG up and select a channel nothing happens, any ideas?

I can't find any of the links here working, I just end up the 'http://www.tvcatchup.com/' site and a list of channels and devices? There are no links available at all. Am I missing something?
