RE: [RELEASE] Justin.tv (Video) Plugin - dkplayaclub - 2012-10-19

Strange. When I went to try it again so I could make a log file for you it seemed to work. Now I'm confused.
It appears the addon doesn't add the favorites to your jtv account, but to a separate favorites in the addon?
I will post a log if this happens in the future. It could just be with certain channels.

Anyone else getting errors when trying to view 'All'?

The sub-categories seem to work still.

RE: [RELEASE] Justin.tv (Video) Plugin - divingmule - 2012-10-27

Add-on UpdateVersion 0.3.5
fix error when selecting "All" catagory
added view mode setting for "Media Info 3"
added setting to only show live "Justin.tv User Favorites / Follows"

Download and install as zip -> http://divingmules-repo.googlecode.com/files/plugin.video.jtv.archives-0.3.5.zip
Or via My repository.

@anarckie, thanks for the heads-up.

Can someone please help me with JTV? Its working fine on my ATV2 but not on my ATV1? Its says opening stream but then nothing happens?

RE: [RELEASE] Justin.tv (Video) Plugin - ArJey - 2012-11-01

hello together...

i have the following problem:

i am using atv2 with xbmc eden... till some days i´ve used jtv 0.28... since some time i cannot klick on all links or all sides... for example "next page" in "movies" or "all" in "entertainment"...

now i´ve tried to update to vs. 0.35... but i get an error... i am not sure, if i translate it correct... but it sounds like "dependency not fulfilled" (i am from germany)
in original, there are the words: "Abhängigkeiten nicht erfüllt"

i am sitting since a while in front of my computer and try to find a solution... but either my english is not good enough, or i am the only one with this problem...

Sounds like you need a newer version/build of the librtmp library. I can't really help with a ATV1, try searching the forum and wiki. Or maybe a recent nightly/monthly xbmc build.

@ArJey, did you use the add-manager(system>settings>add-ons>install from zip) to install the update? If not dependencies may not be met.

Could you http://pastebin.com your xbmc.log? Maybe we can figure out what dependencies aren't being met.

RE: [RELEASE] Justin.tv (Video) Plugin - divingmule - 2012-11-03

Hi ArJey, it seems your using an old beta 11.0 xbmc install, from your log -
Code:
13:51:50 T:117174272  NOTICE: Starting XBMC (11.0-BETA2 Git:20120120-f76c547), Platform: Darwin iOS (11.0.0 AppleTV2,1, Version 5.0.1 (Build 9A406a)). Built on Jan 20 2012

You need to update your xbmc to the 11.x stable or a 12.0 alpha for the add-on to be able to download the dependencies it needs.

If you find " unknown option jtv" in your xbmc.log, you will need an updated librtmp library.

You can check here - http://wiki.xbmc.org/index.php?title=Librtmp but, I would recommend building rtmpdump and using the librtmp it produces.

From a command console, lets find the location of librtmp.so.0
Code:
find / | grep librtmp.so.0

If you don't have git installed
Code:
sudo apt-get install git

Clone /svnpenn/rtmpdump.git and make rtmpdump
Code:
git clone https://github.com/svnpenn/rtmpdump.git
cd rtmpdump
make SYS=posix

Copy the librtmp.so.0 from rtmpdump/librtmp/librtmp.so.0 to the location from the first command
Code:
sudo cp librtmp/librtmp.so.0 /location/from/the/first/command

Will give this a go, and thank you for reply

RE: [RELEASE] Justin.tv (Video) Plugin - lisawa - 2012-11-13

My first post ever!!

For those with the code 10 error on Apple TV 1. I couldn't get any of the updated librtmp files to work either and didn't backup the original file (naughty). XBMC would crash upon reboot.

So I downloaded XBMC Mac /OSX version. I'm on Windows 7, and I used 7z to extract the files. The extracted folder has another file inside called 2.hfs. Extract the XBMC folder from that 2.hfs folder. The file is in XBMC.app /contents/frameworks

No updated librtmp for me but at least XBMC is working again.

The sub-categories seem to work still.

On xbmc frodo beta 1 that came out yesterday or so.... the "All" categories doesn't work and gives you a script failed error with new version 0.3.5

On Eden it was fine.
